A rounded squash, with blue-grey skin, and the skin is quite thin and easily peeled, with very pretty yellow-green-orange flesh inside. Tastes great – fries up really nicely in chunks with olive oil, garlic and rosemary as pictured.We got fruit with an average weight of 2.5kg / 5 lb here in Wales.
